Requirements
- Experience as a Lot Technician, Inventory Specialist, or Porter
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for perfect vehicle presentation
- Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment
- Comfort working outdoors year-round in Minnesota weather
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive and maneuver vehicles safely and confidently
- A proactive, reliable, team-focused attitude
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, gap-free, properly grouped Pre-Owned lot.
- Ensure all vehicles have stock numbers.
- Keep the Show Floor and Ramp Displays fully stocked and professionally presented.
- Organize back-lot inventory by class.
- Assist with wholesale vehicle movement and auction logistics.
- Check in/stock in all incoming units, sticker them, and park in correct areas.
- Prepare outgoing dealer-trade vehicles.
- Delegate wash runs to valet team in warmer months.
- Participate in snow removal (early/late shifts as needed—OT eligible).
