About The Position

As a Lot Porter at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman, you will be responsible for maintaining the dealership lot and ensuring it is organized and presentable. This includes moving vehicles, arranging display areas, and keeping the lot clean and free of debris. You will also assist with various tasks related to vehicle maintenance and customer service. The Lot Manager role involves working in all weather conditions and requires the ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods of time. This position is responsible for ensuring all valet attendants follow company rules and regulations, safety, and loss prevention policies. The role requires the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete projects, and be detail-oriented.

Requirements

Prior experience in a similar role preferred
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
Professional look and demeanor.

Responsibilities

Moving vehicles to designated areas on the lot
Arranging vehicles in an aesthetically pleasing manner
Keeping the lot clean and free of debris
Performing basic maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as tire inflation
Assisting customers with locating vehicles on the lot
Providing exceptional customer service
Following safety protocols and guidelines
Able to work in all weather conditions.
This position requires the ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.
