About The Position

In this role, you will be the friendly face that assists visitors, manages parking, and maintains the overall appearance and organization of the lot. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with experience operating manual transmission vehicles
• Strong guest services skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members
• Ability to perform basic retail math for cash handling and cashiering duties
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts; manual dexterity required for vehicle maneuvering

Nice To Haves

• Dealership or delivery driver experience is a plus
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or dealership environments is beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assistance with parking or lot inquiries
• Safely maneuver RVs and trailers using manual transmission vehicles to park or retrieve units in designated areas
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including trash removal and minor landscaping tasks
• Assist with checking in and out RVs, ensuring proper documentation and cash handling procedures are followed
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to coordinate parking assignments and lot activities
• Support delivery drivers by guiding them to appropriate parking spots or unloading areas
• Monitor lot safety by conducting regular inspections of parking areas, fences, and signage to ensure compliance with safety standards
