About The Position

Grubbs Nissan is looking for a Lot Porter to oversee all aspects of vehicle inventory and arranging the lot, ensuring both new and used vehicles meet high standards of quality and presentation. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify and address potential issues with vehicles on the lot. You will collaborate with various departments to forecast demand, manage inventory movements, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The Lot Porter is an important role within the organization, responsible for the efficient management of all inventory-related activities. This includes overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain and reducing costs. You will be expected develop and implement inventory strategies, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. This role demands a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Requirements

Clean Driving record a must
Pass the required background check and clear the required drug screening prior to employment
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in planning stocking vehicles.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
