About The Position

Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Brooksville is looking to hire Valet/Porters for our Service Department. This is one of the most important and customer sensitive positions in the Service Department. This position requires excellent customer handling skills because most of the workday will be spent in direct contact with clients. You will ensure that vehicles are properly delivered to service bays and customers while meeting on-time obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and inform the corresponding service advisor of their arrival
  • Ensure a clean environment for customers to enjoy
  • Transport clients to and from their requested destinations in a prompt and polite manner.
  • Complete a log at the time of delivery and request customer's signature.
  • Always keep courtesy car neat & clean.
  • Always advise the Scheduling Coordinator of your location.
  • Turn in all paperwork and keys nightly to the Scheduling Coordinator.
  • Help maintain the professional appearance of the service department.
  • Secure cars on premises, usually inside the shop, before leaving for the day.
  • Assist Service Advisors in the Service Drive as needed with tagging and moving vehicles and greeting customers.
  • Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
  • Closely follow delivery schedules and delivery area guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
