About The Position
At Great Lakes Honda of Akron, the Lot Porter is a reliable and hardworking individual responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the vehicle lot. This role also involves assisting with vehicle movement and providing support to both the sales and service departments as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position
Nice To Haves
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and showroom areas
- Move and park vehicles in an orderly and safe manner
- Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for display or delivery
- Monitor lot for safety hazards and report any issues
- Assist with vehicle check-ins and inventory tracking
- Run errands and provide general support to staff as needed
