About The Position

Big Hometown Motorsports is hiring a Delivery Driver / Lot Porter to support unit deliveries, inventory movement, and dealership operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with forklift experience and a strong work ethic. This position is critical to keeping our dealership running efficiently and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Forklift experience REQUIRED (certification preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate truck + trailer
• Ability to lift, push, and maneuver powersports vehicles
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Trailer hauling or delivery experience
• Powersports, automotive, or equipment dealership background
• Ability to ride motorcycles or operate ATVs/UTVs
• Basic mechanical knowledge

Responsibilities

• Deliver Motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs to customers safely and on time
• Load and secure units using trailers and tie-down systems
• Pick up customer units, trades, and purchases
• Provide basic product orientation during delivery (when needed)
• Move and stage inventory across showroom, lot, and service areas
• Use a forklift to unload shipments and organize inventory
• Wash and detail units for display and delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready lot
• Assist service and sales teams with unit movement
