About The Position
The Lot Coordinator is a position responsible for managing inventory of vehicles and personal property. This role is also responsible for the intake of new vehicles and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Requirements
- Ability to work outside for long periods in all weather
- Attention to detail
- Experience in inventory
Responsibilities
- Creating itemized property lists
- Taking pictures using smart phone or tablet
- Account for all vehicles and personal effects
- Ensuring compliance as it relates to position
- Uploading forms to company database
- Monitor and report property concerns to management
- Releasing property to Owners
