Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred
Must be 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements
Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes
Proficiency with computer systems and applications
Ability to comprehend alphanumeric order and motor vehicle traffic signs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in all weather conditions.
Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to follow basic English instructions.

Automotive or auction experience preferred

Responsibilities

Operate motor vehicles on the premises in support of auction activities.
Transport and stage vehicles in designated areas under the direction of leadership.
Coordinate lot driving activities by guiding drivers to ensure efficient vehicle movement and staging.
Monitor workflow across the lot, provide direction, and support overall operational accuracy.
Safely move, stage, and park various makes, models, sizes, and conditions of vehicles in designated lot areas.
Scan parked vehicles in the Internal Tracking system to maintain accurate inventory and record movement.
Jump-start vehicles using a battery box as required.
Maintain work areas to ensure a safe environment and promptly notify managers of all driving-related incidents or potential hazards.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and state or federal laws are followed.
Perform any other duties assigned by the designated manager.
