About The Position

Awesome Ford is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Lot Attendant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, being outdoors, and contributing to a fast-paced dealership environment. As a Sales Lot Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring the dealership's inventory is clean, organized, and ready for customers. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help create a positive first impression for every guest visiting the dealership.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the new and used vehicle inventory.
• Move, park, and arrange vehicles on the sales lot and showroom.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer delivery and test drives.
• Install license plates, window stickers, and other required vehicle displays.
• Monitor inventory and assist with locating and retrieving vehicles.
• Perform routine lot inspections to ensure vehicles are properly displayed and secured.
• Assist with dealership events, vehicle merchandising, and lot presentation.
• Shuttle vehicles between dealership locations or other approved destinations as needed.
• Assist the sales department with customer deliveries and other support activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
