Requirements

A clean and valid driver's license is required.
Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
Dependability and reliability.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods and work outside.
Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
Professional appearance is necessary.
Willingness to submit to and pass a drug test and background check.
Ability to operate a computer.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person when a customer is waiting.
Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
Assist Sales Managers with inventory, keys, and lot organization.
Manage inventory and keep keys organized for quick retrieval.
Photograph vehicles and prepare them for sale.
List vehicles on the company website and add vehicles to the inventory control system.
Drive vehicles to various locations as needed.
Perform other duties assigned by Sales Managers.
