The Lot Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of inventory, supporting dealership operations, and ensuring lots are organized, safe, and customer-ready. Requirements

Ability to follow directions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Self-motivated with the initiative to complete tasks independently
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist where needed
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to safely operate and move a variety of vehicles
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Maintain the appearance of new and used vehicle inventory by cleaning interiors and exteriors, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries as needed
Move, organize, and stage vehicles throughout the lot to maintain dealership display standards
Install buyer guides, stock tags, and key tags on inventory
Shuttle vehicles between the sales lot, service department, and parking areas
Assist with lot maintenance, including snow removal, sidewalk upkeep, and dealership event setup
Support the sales and service teams with additional duties as assigned
