About The Position
This is a full-time position that requires working outdoors and being on your feet. The main objective is to verify the receipt of and perform a damage inspection on new vehicles delivered to the dealership. The Lot Attendant is also responsible for organizing both new and used car inventories as directed by the sales managers.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Responsibilities
- Verifies serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice
- Inspects vehicles for any damages and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice
- Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt
- Parks new vehicles in assigned areas
- Catalogs and stores keys
- Affix stock numbers to vehicles
- Moves sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order
- Keeps new and used vehicle inventory parked and orderly
- Picks up and delivers vehicles to sublet suppliers on occasion
- Prepares wholesale used vehicles for auction
- Maintains facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
