We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Lot Attendant to help maintain the presentation, organization, and day-to-day operation of our dealership. This is an opportunity to work around some of the world's most iconic vehicles, including the 911, Cayenne, Macan, Taycan, and Panamera, while becoming an important part of the Porsche customer experience.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
  • Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional and team-oriented attitude

  • Automotive, dealership, detailing, or valet experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom, customer areas, and vehicle lot.
  • Receive, inspect, and prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for PDI, display, and delivery.
  • Move, position, refuel, and transport vehicles safely between dealership locations and external vendors.
  • Support morning service drop-offs, vehicle pick-ups, deliveries, and valet operations.
  • Complete regular lot walks and ensure vehicles meet Porsche presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Maintain CPO vehicle branding, including mirror hangers, license plate surrounds, and other required materials.
  • Complete scheduled Motor Vehicle Registry runs and daily secure document transfers.
  • Support service wash operations, waste removal, recycling, and general dealership maintenance.
  • Assist with seasonal duties, including snow clearing and salting of walkways and customer areas.
  • Support Sales, Service, Parts, and other dealership teams as operational needs arise.
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding priorities and completed tasks.
  • Take initiative throughout the day. When assigned duties are complete, check in with management for additional work.
  • Lead snow-clearing and salting of walkways, entrances, customer areas, and key dealership grounds.
  • Coordinate with the snowplow driver and move vehicles as required for parking lot clearing.
  • Move vehicles inside the shop before forecasted snowstorms.
  • Arrive early, when required, to ensure walkways and customer areas are safe before the dealership opens.
  • Additional hours and schedule flexibility are required during the winter season.
