About The Position

Bob Johnson CDJR Avon is looking for a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment. The Lot Attendant plays an important role in keeping the dealership organized, clean, and running smoothly. This person helps maintain the appearance of the lot, moves vehicles as needed, assists with inventory, and supports the sales and service departments throughout the day.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles is a plus
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

Nice To Haves

• Clean driving record preferred
• Previous dealership or lot attendant experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the vehicle lot
• Move, park, and arrange vehicles safely throughout the dealership
• Keep new and used vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customers
• Assist with vehicle check-ins and inventory organization
• Fuel vehicles as needed
• Help prepare vehicles for customer delivery
• Support the sales and service departments with daily tasks
• Keep the lot, showroom area, and vehicle display areas neat and professional
• Assist with snow removal or general lot clean-up when needed
• Follow all dealership safety procedures
