Requirements

• Part-time availability.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Passion for vehicles and strong attention to detail.
• Friendly, customer-focused personality with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Tech savvy and comfortable using dealership communication tools.
• Pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
• Eagerness to learn and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a great first impression.
• Keep the lot, service drive, showroom, and customer areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Move and prepare customer and loaner vehicles for service appointments and test drives.
• Assist with vehicle check-ins, walkarounds, service washes, and detailing.
• Support Sales and Detailing departments with daily operations when necessary.
• Monitor team communications and jump in wherever help is needed.
• Help maintain safe walkways and vehicles during winter weather conditions.
