About The Position
Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown is looking for a reliable and motivated Lot Attendant to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in the automotive industry and gaining experience in a busy dealership environment. In this role, you’ll help keep the dealership organized and ensure vehicles are properly positioned, clean, and ready for customers. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Operations teams while gaining valuable experience and learning more about the automotive industry. Lot Attendants are an essential part of our dealership team, helping maintain an exceptional vehicle experience for both customers and staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Moving vehicles throughout the dealership, including showroom and lot placement.
- Transporting vehicles between the dealership and vehicle storage areas.
- Supporting new and pre-owned vehicle deliveries.
- Fueling vehicles and maintaining battery charging requirements.
- Ensuring showroom vehicles meet manufacturer standards for cleanliness, presentation, and placement.
- Maintaining an organized and presentable dealership lot and vehicle inventory.
- Completing general dealership support tasks as required.
- Reporting any vehicle concerns, damage, or lot-related issues promptly.
