About The Position

America's Auto Auction is seeking a Lot Attendant to join their team. This role is responsible for preparing vehicles for auction, moving them safely on the lot, and maintaining the grounds. The Lot Attendant will also assist with vehicle tagging, key management, and support daily operations. Safety and attention to detail are crucial in this position.

Requirements

Lot attendant, maintenance, skilled labor, or related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
21 years or older.
Able to pass pre-employment screening.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Prepares vehicles for auction by ensuring they are clean, presentable, and properly staged.
Moves vehicles on the auction lot safely and efficiently as directed.
Scans, tags, and labels vehicles accurately, including climbing and reaching to apply stickers when required.
Manages vehicle tags and keys in accordance with established procedures.
Maintains the appearance of auction grounds, including customer parking areas and entrances.
Assists the service department with vehicle-related tasks as directed.
Locates, starts, and moves vehicles to support daily operations and auction-day flow.
Follows all safety policies, procedures, and traffic flow guidelines at all times.
Reports vehicle issues, damage, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Performs other duties as assigned.
