About The Position

Titus-Will Ford is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Lot Attendant for its Tacoma, Washington location. This full-time role helps keep dealership operations running smoothly by maintaining the vehicle lot, managing keys and inventory records, and moving vehicles between dealership locations and designated parking areas. The position involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and safely operating and driving vehicles. Saturday availability is required; the schedule may include a fixed Saturday shift with a weekday off. Pre-employment drug screening is required. Positions involving company or customer vehicles require a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work a fixed schedule that includes Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate and drive various vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle lot.
• Create and manage vehicle key tags and inventory records.
• Move, retrieve, and deliver vehicles between dealership locations and designated parking areas.
• Assist with vehicle organization and display preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
