About The Position

NorthStar Auto is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and organization of our vehicle lot, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and supporting the sales and service teams as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina for walking, standing, and light lifting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in automotive or related fields is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the vehicle lot to ensure all cars are parked correctly and safely.
• Assist with vehicle movement, including delivering cars to customers or to service bays.
• Keep the lot clean and free of debris by sweeping, removing trash, and performing general maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles for damage or cleanliness and report any issues to management.
• Support the sales and service teams by locating vehicles promptly for customers and staff.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
