About The Position
Description of the Role: The Lot Attendant at Renn Kirby Gettysburg is responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the car lot. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for parking and arranging vehicles, washing and minimal amount of detailing customer and dealership vehicles, conducting regular lot inspections, and ensuring all vehicles are properly displayed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Park and arrange vehicles in an orderly manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the car lot to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Ensure all vehicles are properly displayed with accurate pricing information
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure smooth vehicle flow
- Wash customer and dealership vehicles as needed
- Move vehicles as needed within the lot
- Report any damages or issues with vehicles to management
- Assist customers with locating specific vehicles
- Keep track of vehicle keys and ensure they are returned to the appropriate location
- Perform other duties as assigned
