About The Position

Johnson RV is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to help keep their dealership running smoothly. This role is crucial for maintaining the dealership's operations by ensuring RVs are properly staged, moved, and the lot is kept organized and presentable. The Lot Attendant will support the sales and service staff by facilitating the movement of RVs and assisting with customer pick-ups and deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate large vehicles, including RVs and trailers (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Forklift Certification is preferred
• Previous experience with RVs or in a dealership setting is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lot maintenance
• Support the staff by keeping RV’s staged in their proper location
• Provide a seamless operation for technicians moving from one RV to the next
• Safely move, park, and arrange RVs and trailers on the lot according to dealership guidelines
• Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the lot, including landscaping and debris removal
• Assist with RV deliveries and customer pick-ups
• Other duties as assigned
