SUMMARY Transfer vehicles between check-in, service bay, and parking lot. Clean new and used vehicles.
Requirements
- No prior experience or training.
- Must be able to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Valid Driver's License with CLEAN driving record
Responsibilities
- Clean new and used cars.
- Organize the lot as directed by the Sales and Service Managers.
- Services vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration.
- Inspect vehicles to detect damage and verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
- Record the description of any damages to vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned.
