Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Able to work flexible schedules and some Saturdays
One year of experience as an automotive helper
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
Able to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens

Responsibilities

Keep used vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Inventory Lot Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
Clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows etc. as needed
Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to customers as directed by management
Start vehicles daily and report any problems or concerns
Pick up parts from parts department
Perform light maintenance on vehicles as needed, i.e., replaces windshield wiper blades, repairs, or changes tires, replenishes fluids etc.
Keep vehicles fueled
Ensure that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed
