Lot Attendant (Evening Shift)

The Lot Attendant (Evening Shift) role is to ensure that vehicles meet Clutch’s high presentation standards before delivery. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
- Minimum G2 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to commute to Mississauga
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in vehicle detailing, inspection, quality control, or automotive production
- Familiarity with production workflows and vehicle preparation processes
Responsibilities
- Safely move vehicles in and out of the lot
- Park and organize vehicles efficiently to maintain lot order
- Assist the production managers in keeping the lot clean and well-maintained
- Monitor lot inventory and report any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with basic lot maintenance and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers regarding vehicle locations
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies when operating vehicles
- Help coordinate vehicle movement during busy periods
