The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the image of store facilities, lot, and grounds through routine maintenance. This includes performing monthly lot audits and monitoring incoming and outgoing equipment via the DIT process (sold, transferred, demo, etc.). The role involves cleaning and maintaining the facility's image for customers and employees, staging equipment for various events like customer clinics and open houses, and maintaining the grounds, including the lawn, equipment displays, and parking lot. The attendant will also perform basic maintenance on company equipment, such as oil changes, refueling, changing filters, and mileage monitoring. A constant commitment to customer service is expected. The position requires coordinating repairs for items that cannot be completed in-house, servicing, assembling, and replacing items like light bulbs, filters, fixtures, and displays. The Lot Attendant must maintain a clean work area, perform tasks in a neat and orderly fashion, and be self-motivated to work independently with little or no supervision. All duties must be performed professionally, efficiently, and in adherence to safety rules and regulations.
