About The Position
Beaverton Auto Spa is looking for a full-time Lot Attendant to shuttle vehicles between three Lanphere dealerships for inventory photography. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, takes pride in their work, and likes being part of a collaborative team. In addition to driving, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to learn inventory photography and serve as a backup Inventory Photographer. We’re looking for an energetic, positive, and dependable individual with an excellent driving record and a strong customer-service mindset. You should enjoy driving, working around vehicles, showing up each day, ready to work, and supporting a team environment. This role involves working indoors and outdoors, staying active, and handling a variety of vehicles daily. We’re seeking a true team player with a “can-do” attitude who is interested in learning, growing, and advancing. You’ll drive vehicles between Lanphere dealerships, collaborate closely with coworkers, and gain exposure to additional skills beyond driving.
Requirements
- An excellent driving record
- Valid/current driver’s license
- At least three years' driving experience
- Pride in your work
- Excellent communication skills with co-workers
- Exemplary punctuality and attendance
- Exemplary attention as a driver in very close quarters
- “What can I do for you today” attitude
- Highly coachable personality
- Organization, independence, resourcefulness, patience and diligence

- Interest in photography and digital photographs for auto inventory
Responsibilities
- Shuttle new and used cars to/from the Lanphere dealerships and Beaverton Auto Spa, for inventory photography purposes
- Work as a team with other Lot Attendants, for efficiency and safety
- Maintain lot and photo booth cleanliness at all times
- Assist Lead Photographer with all duties; act as backup when needed
