Lot Attendant
About The Position
Jenkins & Wynne is seeking a reliable and motivated Lot Attendant to help maintain the organization and presentation of our vehicle inventory. This role is essential to ensuring our dealership lot remains clean, organized, and ready for customers. The position also supports our online sales efforts by photographing vehicles and preparing them for display on our website. This is a primarily outdoor position, and candidates should be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain. Regular cell phone use for picturing vehicles is also required.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Photograph vehicles for online listings and ensure photos meet dealership standards.
- Keep the vehicle lot organized, straight, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with the detail department to ensure newly detailed vehicles are photographed and placed on the lot promptly.
- Update and maintain pricing stickers on vehicle windshields as needed.
- Move and position vehicles around the lot to support merchandising and customer access.
- Monitor lot appearance and ensure vehicles are parked neatly and safely.
- Assist with general lot upkeep and presentation to maintain a professional dealership appearance.
