About The Position

Leith Honda, part of the Holman family, is seeking a Lot Attendant to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the neatness and organization of the vehicle inventory, ensuring vehicles are in their proper places, and supporting the Sales or Service departments. The Lot Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the condition of all vehicles under the dealership's care and ensuring smooth traffic flow within the service drive.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory neat and well maintained.
• Ensure vehicles are parked in their proper places.
• Provide support to Sales or Service departments in maintaining vehicle condition.
• Ensure all vehicle pathways maintain proper flow.
• Meet and greet clients in the service drive.
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking.
• Park vehicles after advisor check-in.
• Pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when the client arrives.
• Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently.
• Get vehicles to/from the wash as needed.
• Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from the wash to be pulled down in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
