About The Position

Plaza Ford is a customer-focused, high-volume Ford dealership committed to delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient automotive experience. We are looking for a reliable, energetic Lot Attendant to support our sales and service departments by maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-ready dealership environment. The Lot Attendant plays a key role in ensuring our dealership lots, inventory, and customer vehicles are properly maintained and presented. This position involves moving vehicles, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting the overall efficiency of Plaza Ford’s daily operations.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in outdoor environments year-round.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, professional lot.
Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active throughout the day.
Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers and team members.

Nice To Haves

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership’s new and pre-owned vehicle lots.
Move, park, and stage vehicles safely around the property.
Assist with vehicle check-in, including inspections for damage and proper documentation.
Keep the lot neat and display-ready by aligning vehicles and ensuring proper signage.
Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for delivery to customers as needed.
Support the Sales and Service teams with vehicle transport, deliveries, and pickups.
Monitor inventory placement and assist with updating lot maps or inventory locations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including outdoor lot and service lanes.
Follow all safety guidelines and dealership protocols.
