About The Position

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot.
- Move, park, and arrange new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer pickups.
- Keep showroom and lot vehicles clean and presentation-ready.
- Perform vehicle washes and basic detailing as needed.
- Install license plates, dealer decals, and other accessories.
- Assist the sales and service departments with vehicle transportation.
- Monitor vehicle inventory and ensure vehicles are properly tagged and displayed.
- Maintain cleanliness of dealership grounds, parking areas, and customer-facing spaces.
- Support dealership events and special promotions as needed.
