About The Position

Action Power Sports is seeking a motivated, hands-on Lot Attendant Manager to lead yard operations and ensure the safe and efficient movement of inventory. This role involves working outdoors year-round with motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs, playing a crucial part in the dealership's smooth operation. It is not a desk job, but rather an active role in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Forklift experience (or willingness to learn — we’ll train the right person!)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• High energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to safely move and organize motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs
• Manage and maintain the lot layout for maximum efficiency and visual appeal
• Lead and support lot staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Assist with loading/unloading incoming and outgoing units
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and customer-ready in all seasons
• Work outdoors year-round in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to prioritize unit movement
