About The Position
As a Lot Attendant, you will play a vital role in our operational success by ensuring every vehicle on our lot is presented cleanly, attractively, and in alignment with our established standards. This role requires precision, consistency, and an eye for detail.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Consistent follow-through and the ability to work within clear processes and expectations
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to stay focused and work independently on task-driven assignments
- Reliable communication and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work indoors/outdoors, and lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail merchandising, inventory work, or driving is a plus
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly inspecting and checking in new vehicles, including verifying incoming inventory, completing visual inspections, applying correct signage and window stickers, and supporting the photography process.
- Maintaining the appearance and order of the vehicle lot by cleaning interiors and exteriors, shining windows and mirrors, organizing parking layouts, and ensuring every vehicle meets cleanliness and presentation benchmarks.
- Supporting sales operations by transporting vehicles, running assigned errands, and assisting with day-to-day operations to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized lot environment.
