Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Must pass background and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or lot attendant roles is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car lot and dealership grounds.
- Detail vehicles inside and out to ensure they are showroom-ready.
- Move vehicles around the lot safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the delivery and preparation of new and used cars.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels.
- Support sales and service departments as needed.
- Move, park, and organize vehicles on the lot
- Assist service and sales departments with vehicle transport
- Clean and detail vehicles
- Maintain the appearance of the lot and vehicles
- Provide friendly and professional customer service support
