About The Position

We are looking for a Lot Associate to join our Sales department at Mercedes-Benz Surrey. This full-time position involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles on the lot, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring vehicles are ready for customer delivery or display. The role also includes transporting customers, parts, and paperwork as needed, and collaborating with Service and Product Advisors. We are a forward-thinking organization with a commitment to continuous improvement and providing an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and high-quality control standards
• Ability to work effectively against deadlines
• Ability to effectively work with Product and Service Advisors, as well as other colleagues
• Able to and is comfortable with lifting and heaving loads as required
• Possess a valid British Columbia Driver’s License
• Able to present a current copy of your driver’s abstract (ICBC driver’s record) for review

Responsibilities

• Keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display
• Proper day-to-day presentation and maintenance of inventory (signage, moving & tracking vehicles within the dealership)
• Lot presentation (housekeeping, display)
• Exceeding our customers’ expectations on delivery condition of the vehicle
• Transport customers, parts, and paperwork as requested by management
• Working effectively with Service Advisors and Product Advisors
• Washing vehicles after service
