About The Position
The Lot Assistant will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent. This individual will work closely with our lot/inventory manager and production team.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry 50-70 lbs regularly.
- A determined Mindset to Grow and be challenged to be 1% better every day!
- A willingness to learn the skills for the job.
- A believe that our system produces results and "buy-in" to a proven system on day 1.
- Basic Skills in operating computer software and/or phones. We leverage technology to achieve great results. Make sure you can use it. (We will train you)
- A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- No felonies; a background check will be conducted.
Responsibilities
- Move trailers from one from job sites to landfills.
- Pre-pull materials for jobs.
- General yard labor.
