About The Position

As a Lost and Found Clerk at Park MGM, you will play a vital role in helping guests find their lost items, delivering amazing guest experiences. This position involves acting as a detective and a hero, reuniting guests with their belongings and turning stressful moments into relief. If you enjoy organizing, solving little mysteries, and making someone's day, this role is perfect for you, contributing to creating WOW memories for guests.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Six (6) months of prior relevant administrative experience
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones and take messages for the Security Department
• Prepare and file all security and lost and found paperwork for records storage
• Log, sort, store, and work to return lost items to their owners
• Coordinate casino pickup as well as prepare lost and found items to be shipped
• Pull and sort unclaimed items to be donated to charity
• Make sure employee accident reports are filled out correctly and filed for Workers' Compensation
