We’re looking for a Loss Prevention Program Development Specialist who will play a key role in developing high‑impact training and program collateral that strengthens our LP capabilities across Stores and Distribution Centers. In this role, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, HR Learning & Development, and cross‑border partners to develop consistent, compliant, and dynamic training programs that align with legislative requirements and LP standards. You’ll support the full lifecycle of program development—from researching needs and identifying skill gaps to project‑managing new initiatives and ensuring facilitators are properly certified.
