About The Position

The Package Center Agent is responsible for handling all guest and internal package deliveries and shipments. This role ensures accurate tracking, efficient delivery, and exceptional service for every interaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a guest-focused environment. This is a full-time position scheduled from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills to interact professionally with guests, team members, and local authorities.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, shipping/receiving, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and shipping software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, store, and distribute all incoming and outgoing packages and mail.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and recordkeeping of shipments and receipts.
  • Assist guests and team members with shipping, labeling, and tracking packages.
  • Process billing for package handling and shipping charges.
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of packages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the package center.
  • Provide friendly, professional service to all guests and associates.
  • Other assigned Loss Prevention duties.
