About The Position

National Beef Leathers of St. Joseph, Missouri, is seeking to hire a qualified professional to work as Loss Prevention Officers. This is a full-time position with a unique schedule of 3.5 days per week. The starting wage is $18.50 per hour, with a potential increase after 90 days. Requirements

Surveillance Skills (CCTV)
Strong, Ethical Character
Dependable
Ability to be objective
Ability to demonstrate professionalism
Good people/conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
Exemplary performance and attendance record at previous employment
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
Must be available to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays

Light lifting ability, objectivity, dependability, integrity, safe, professional, and reporting skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Monitor, control, and document vehicular traffic
Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers by controlling access along with monitoring the plant premises, assets and personnel
Secure premises by patrolling property
Inspect Vehicles
Inspect bags, lunch boxes
Monitor controlled access points
Complete required reports in a timely manner
Record observations, occurrences and surveillance activities
Prevent loss/damage to company property by providing a uniformed presence
Investigate incidents of irregularity
Contribute to a team effort
Protecting product, equipment and tools from leaving property
Preventing weapons, alcohol and drugs from entering property
Other duties as assigned
