About The Position

As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will lead administration of the Loss Prevention program and training for the Texas Division to reduce losses, drive sales, and a shrink-focused culture.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to review video footage and pay close attention to detail with extreme focus on finding discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Become a champion of the loss prevention culture with a focus on deterrence, training, improving margin, and accountability
Become a One Market expert and any other reporting system internally used
Own operational execution of the loss prevention program and LP metrics
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to navigate loss prevention related conversations with internal and external clients
Owns shrinkage awareness and shrinkage reduction strategies communication to local teams
Ability to review video footage for extended periods of time with strict attention to detail
Ability to gather, analyze, compile and report multiple incidents
Must be accountable, detail oriented, decisive, and have a passion for loss prevention
Strong excel skills required
Perform other duties as assigned
