About The Position
Boscov's is seeking a Retail Loss Prevention Dock Guard to join their Loss Prevention team. This role involves using experience in loss prevention to reduce profitability losses due to theft or incorrect business procedures in a dynamic retail environment. Requirements
- Experience in retail loss prevention, health, fire and safety procedures preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers, management and coworkers.
- Availability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, early openings, and late closings.
- Monday, Friday and Saturday 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM closing
- Sunday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM closing

Responsibilities
- Guard, patrol, and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Conduct store opening and closing procedures.
- Perform coworker and safety audits.
- Store perimeter checks.
- Trailer checks.
- Monitor alarms.
- Control security sensitive items.
