About The Position
The Loss Prevention Associate II supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by carrying out core loss-prevention responsibilities. The role focuses on serving as a visual deterrent to potential loss or dishonesty while wearing a company-approved uniform and body-worn camera. The associate helps maintain a positive customer shopping experience and a strong partnership between store teams and loss prevention. They use sound judgment to protect their own safety, the safety of others, and the Company brand, and follow Company policies, culture, and values. The associate maintains a professional presence at the store entrance or in a department, greets customers courteously, and directs requests for assistance to store management or customer service using a Company-issued radio. They observe and report suspicious behavior and critical incidents, perform a closing safety sweep with a member of management, document required incidents in AIIM Case Management, and complete other assigned duties.
Requirements

- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- 0–2 years of retail or security experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a proper, professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store.
- Act as a visual deterrent to potential loss or dishonesty.
- Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
- Wear a complete Company-approved uniform, including a body-worn camera.
- Greet customers appropriately and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
- Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department.
- Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio.
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management.
- Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
