Requirements

Being an empathetic, caring, and disciplined person.
Demonstrating great resourcefulness and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Candidates must be able to communicate in the official language of the province of the Simons store for which they are applying. o Quebec: French o Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Nova Scotia : English
A provincial security permit is required.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety of people and premises.
Act as the first responder in emergency situations.
Detect shoplifting.
Make arrests in collaboration with police authorities, in accordance with the law and Simons procedures.
Write reports and produce identification cards for staff members.
