About The Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is committed to ethical behavior, including professionalism, honesty and restraint to join our Loss Prevention team. This is a full time position, weekend availability is required. For this position you could also be asked to work at the following locations: Roseville - Pleasant Grove, Roseville - Blue Oaks, or Rocklin. Individual associate hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of circumstances
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Committed to ethical behavior
- A positive attitude is essential

- Demonstrate sufficient self-defense skills and positive officer safety skills
Responsibilities
- Protecting the assets and financial integrity of the store by conducting surveillance, writing reports, and apprehending and detaining violators of store policies and the law.
- Demonstrate sufficient self-defense skills and positive officer safety skills.
- Apprehend and arrest shoplifters and potentially violent or combative subjects while remaining professional.
