Requirements

  • Being an empathetic, caring, and disciplined person.
  • Demonstrating great resourcefulness and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Candidates must be able to communicate in the official language of the province of the Simons store for which they are applying. Quebec: French Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Nova Scotia : English

  • Having relevant professional experience in a similar role is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of people and premises.
  • Act as the first responder in emergency situations.
  • Detect shoplifting.
  • Make arrests in collaboration with police authorities, in accordance with the law and Simons procedures.
  • Write reports and produce identification cards for staff members.
