The Loss Draft Representative assists with handling loss draft claims to ensure that contractual obligations, investor guidelines, regulatory requirements, and general servicing practices are met. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of specialized experience in loss draft
Knowledge of Reverse Mortgages & HUD Guidelines

Responsibilities

Provide assistance and oversight to loss draft vendors
Research & respond to internal and external loss draft claim inquiries
Provide oversight of loss draft disbursements and deposits
Provide oversight to FEMA process to ensure loans impacted by a disaster are handled according to client standards
Compile and deliver monthly claim reporting to all Celink clients
Research and respond to client inquiries and requests
Oversee disaster and loss draft inspection billing
Complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting as assigned by management team as it relates to loss draft processes
Adhere to a set schedule
Other duties as assigned
