About The Position

The Loss Draft Associate monitors the repair process for losses suffered by borrowers using the loss draft module. The role works in a call center environment and requires documenting all claim-related activity in the loss draft module and, in some cases, the client’s servicing system. The position is remote and requires availability from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment.
Microsoft Office skills, including familiarity with the MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills.
Customer service skills and aptitude, including listening, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment.
Ability to adapt, work under pressure, and meet tight timelines.
Ability to work well and excel in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Verify insurance policy coverage.
Verify client information.
Determine whether a loss is covered by insurance.
Document information pertaining to claims in the loss draft module and, when applicable, the client’s servicing system.
Ensure required paperwork is completed.
Handle check deposits.
Make outbound calls.
Process claims completely.
Meet or exceed PFI attendance, quality, and production standards.
