About The Position
The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Previous professional experience
- Previous experience in a long-term care environment
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid requirements and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Responsibilities
- Act as a resident advocate for LG facilities
- Regularly check in with LG residents
- Attend events as required and perform some marketing functions to help build LG Census
- Manage difficult and emotional customer situations, and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Ensure that resident’s privacy and rights are maintained during the activities of daily living and participate in resident care plans
- Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisor
