About The Position

We have a maternity leave in need of a long-term substitute teacher with a great pay rate! This role offers the opportunity for additional maternity leave coverage after the initial one ends. The ideal candidate will provide fun and meaningful activities for preschool children, sharing their joy and love of learning in an enthusiastic and animated manner. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, during school hours.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or related field (Elementary Education or related field)
• NYS Teacher Certification required
• High energy level and caring personality.
• Teamwork mentality and caring attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with special needs children preferred
• Preschool or PreK teaching experience a plus
• Experience with prior jobs in childcare or jobs in daycare setting, or preschool experience preferred.
